Service

TradingAgent Sim provides research workflow software for scenario debate, probability notes, invalidation points, and paper-trade journal exports. The service is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, custodian, payment processor, or trading execution venue.

No financial advice

Outputs are informational research aids only. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or trading advice. Users are solely responsible for independent verification, compliance review, and all decisions made before, during, or after using the service.

User responsibilities

Users must use the service lawfully, review all outputs before relying on them, avoid submitting restricted or unauthorized data, maintain their own records, and ensure their use complies with applicable financial, securities, privacy, consumer, and professional rules.

Payments

Checkout is handled through NOWPayments. Access may begin after payment status is confirmed or manually reviewed. Cryptocurrency payments can be irreversible and may involve network fees, exchange-rate movement, and provider-level checks. Subscription, renewal, refund, and access questions should be sent to support@aigeamy.com.

Refunds and access issues

We review reasonable refund or access requests submitted within 7 days of payment when the service was not provisioned or a material technical issue prevents use. Refund availability may depend on payment provider rules, network status, fraud checks, taxes, and prior usage. This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights where they apply.

Acceptable use

Users may not abuse the service, probe or bypass security controls, scrape at harmful volume, submit malware, misrepresent outputs as guaranteed performance, use the service for unlawful market manipulation, or resell access without written permission.

Intellectual property

The website, software, brand assets, workflows, interface, and generated templates are owned by or licensed to TradingAgent Sim. Users retain rights to their lawful input content. We may use aggregated and de-identified operational data to improve the service.

Availability

We aim to provide reliable access, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, infrastructure providers, payment providers, model providers, network events, or security needs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific market results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradingAgent Sim and its operators are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, data loss, indirect damages, or reliance on research outputs. Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the three months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
